• Step 4: Our professional mold remediators follow industry guidelines when removing attic mold. Our mold remediation products kill the mold spores on contact, penetrate the decking, and allow the surfaces to dry mold free and looking like new. If the mold is particularly invasive, physical removal of mold from surfaces using brushes, scrubbers, or other cleaning tools will be utilized. 

• Step 5: After the mold is removed an antifungal is either direct sprayed or fogged. This covers the attic with a powerful antifungal sealer that will kill any residual spores and prevent the mold from returning, restoring your attic and home to a healthy clean environment.
